I went out this morning. I signed in headed to where i set up my blind last night.
These two girls pulled up by me and asked if i am hunting the area . I said yeap.. I walked up to the truckIt smelled like pot.
One girls said she had a stand back by where i was going and it had been there for almost two months.
I said OK that this was only my second time in the area.
I told them that i had a stand on down the road but someone had stolen my ladder.
The driver asked if it was the one down by the creek.
She tells me last sat. or Sunday she was huntinga stand she had up by the field down the road.
She said sat. or Sunday a guy come up to her said it was his stand to leave. sheargued with him for a few minutes. She then says Hepicked up his cellphone and calledsomeone then walked back to my stand and removed my ladderthe ladder.
Then she tells me that two weeks into season she found my stand and thought it was her Buddy's and hunted out of it. Which explains who was hunting from my stand .
I say good luck and walk in. Her friend walks in behind me and cuts off to the west.
i stayed till 9.00 then figured i would go get her plate and go call the CO.
Her truck was not parked any where close by. So i left.
I think she took my ladder so i would leave the area. not happening Monday morning i am setting up 40 yards from her right in the field she hunts.
Not to even talk about the fact i had someone higher then a kite behind me walking with a loadedgun. [:@][:@][:@][:@][:@][:@]

i dont think you should hunt 40 yards from her. that might not be the safest/smartest way to go about it. set up some sort of video feed and have some "bait" for her and then get her on film and bust her!
