Default Guardian Vs. Commander Vs. General

I have not been on this site much lately due to my wreck. all my time and money has gone into getting my truck fixed. i need yall help and info. which is a better bow. i have heard that each one is better from different people. i would like to know the pros and cons. i remember hearing that the guardian was having limb troubles for a while. im assuming that over with.

For an all around Hunting bow, between those 2, I'd pick the Guardian hands down.

I Loved my Guardian!

A general rule of thumb that I was taught was "Long ATA for a long draw, short ATA for short draw". I would say if your draw length is 29" or more then go with the Commander, if it is less then go with the Guardian. I don't think you can go wrong with either choice though.

I hunt with a Commander.

the guardian is a better hunting bow, the commander is just too long to hunt with imo. but its whatever you like

ok, thanks, im not to sure what my drawlength is honestly. i need to go to my local shop and have them measure what i'm shooting now. also, is a longer axle to axle going to stabilze my shot more? and which bow is quieter?

The Guardian is lighter, measure your arm span finger tip to finger tip and divide by 2.5 That will give you a very good starting place for your correct Draw length.

In owning a Pro Shop for years, the one thing I saw on a consistent basis was guys shooting a Draw length which was too long.
