Default searching the forums

How the frick do you search the forums now? Did the new yahoos running this place remove that feature all together?

Look down below the fast reply box. There's a 'Search Term' box.

If you can be really, really specific with your search (particularly if you search within the past 7 days) it might work. Sadly, it doesn't work the majority of the time.

For whatever reason, it has always been hinkey.

I always had good luck with it.

Its just like any good tool... if you know how to use it.. you can do some pretty nice stuff with it. If not... then its as useless as any other tool. You just gotta be creative and think outside the old standard box. The old search function worked well... this new one.... like teets on a steer.

I agree. I could always find what I was searching for on these forums before someone went and screwed it up. It worked just fine the way it was.

That little "search term"function is as worthless as two ticks on a hound dogs arse. I had to yours there SC.
