Default Gr. weight

Hey guys, great forum here...What Gr. weight do you hog hunters prefer for taking hogs with a 60-70lb bow? Go ahead and give me some of your fave broadhead brands while your at it.

Default RE: Gr. weight

With hogs I would stick with a good fixed blade broadhead. Take your pick, there are plenty of good ones out there.

As far as weight, heavy is going to be better than lighter with hogs. I would suggest at say 65 lb and 6 gr/lb that puts you at 390 gr. I think that's a good minimum weight for hogs with your setup.
