Default Bow Stabilizer Question

What is the best bow stabilizer in the $40-$50 range. I am using a doinker now and it is 4.9 oz. I don't want to add alot more weight. Any suggestions?

Default RE: Bow Stabilizer Question

Are you looking for a stabilizer to silence and reduce shock or are you looking for one that will balance and stabilize your bow? Maybe both?

If you want something to just reduce shock don't spend that much and get a Sims Scoil.

If you want something that will stabilize and balance your bow look at the octane line or any of the Posten custom stabilizers. www.jimposten.com

Seeing that you want to stay around 5 oz., I'm guessing stabilization isn't your biggest priority. I would suggest the Scoil.
