Default What is considered a good one??

What is considered a good buck in your area?? A nice buck is different than a good one.. A good one down here is a big buck.. I would say the 130" and up is considered a "good one"... biggest I have seen was a 193 killed last year at the hunt club. A nice buck is 100-120" ..

A good buck around 130 to 140. In the last few years there have been one deer killed in the 200 range, a few in the 170's+ range and one that scored 220 something.

A nice deer is 90-110" typically, anything over p&y is a good deer no doubt.

Depends on who you ask. You could ask me this question and I'd say 130" Is a nice buck around here. You could then ask my buddy and he'd tell you a 90" buck Is a big buck (drives me nuts)! There are so many people I know or have talked to that say they seen a big buck. Allot of these guys are calling a 90" to 100" buck a big buck (they don't know any better). There's many bigger here then that, they just don't ever see them. Minnesota Isn't no Iowa or Illinois but It's no slouch either when talking big bucks.

There's friends of mine that when they say they seen a nice buck, I believe them 100%. There's also friends of mine that when they said they saw a big buck, I giggle to myself.
