Default Ground blind set-up

The rutting activity in my area has moved and seems to be starting late. There are a couple of spots that always scrapes but not (yet) this year. Some quick in-season scouting revealed multiple scapes in another area that is composed of small pines/mapes. The place isfairly hot. There are no tree suitable for any kind of treestand hunting to include Ambush Saddle.

I have a ground blind that has been outside for two months in another spot. I want to move this blind to the scrape area and hunt it asap. If I move it today and use brush from another area to cover it up, WHEN CAN I REASONABLY HUNT IT?

Or, should I leave the scraped area alone and wait for scraping to appear in perennial locations with prepared trees?
