Default A SAD SAD DAY IN BOWHUNTING (for myself anyway)

So im sitting in my home tonight around 7oclock and i get a call i never could have imagined. My uncle and myself had secured some new property this year , well so i thought. With 3 sets hung a ton of early season hunts in a nice 8 pt 2 very nice bucks on cam 9-10 pt that would have by far been my best (and first) by far, the expectations were never higher. i have never laid awake more before about deer hunting than the last 2 weeks. it almost seemed like a dream, like it was too good to be true. It was. I got a call tonight from my uncle which hunted there also that the ESTATE we were hunting on had several executers and the one that gave us permission who also resided there had not checked with others prior, and they didnt like the idea. so she would like us to pull anchor as to not create problems internally for their family, which is understood and we will respect. Now that it doesnt feel like theres a knife in my chest and the shock has worn off a bit, i find myself wondering ? In this situation how would the law interpret this ?
We had written permission from her but not all the interested parties?
Def something to think about next time you aquire some new land or if this could be your future situatuion ?

unfortunately the law will not prevail in your favor, written agreement or not, if you didnt pay to rent or lease the land there isnt a legally binding contract. Tough break, good luck finding something else.

i should have stated that a bit more clearly. ive got no interest in the law becoming involved , rather what i was saying was, maybe they have a tiff internally or dont comunicate that they allowed someone into the woods so the other fella calls joe the game warden and says there is no one with permission to hunt there then i come walking out and show him permission slip from her ? im clearly gonna get out of there , but i was thinking on the premise of ifi hadnt even been contacted yet and had hunted there again not knowing.
I suppose it would depend on the discretion of the officer ultimately.

If the property is being held in the estate, maybe you & the Unclemake a play to purchase it ?? Easier to divide cash than acreage.

The sad part, and I have been there, until your name is on it, continue to prepare to loose 'em

It seemed like, for me that is, just after you had the stands in the right areas and had it all figured out, the plug was pulled.
