Default Aged my buck this evning.

I finally got around to pulling the jaw bone out of my buck this evening and to my surprise he was a 2 1/2 year old.[/align][/align]

Ill say and keep in mind also there is not a farm or any ag for probably 10 miles from this property.

Nice buck. He does look young in the face, so him being 2 1/2 is no surprise.

Hard to tell real well with the picture and how the deer is laying but he looks like a younger deer as well. Not surprised by looking at the body but he had some nice antlers for a 2.5

I think most people are surprised how nice a 2.5 yr old buck can get. That"™s pretty standard size for one around here.
