Why don't you get a camera that mounts to your bow? Just you but you'll still have footage.

I know what it is we get hyper ears and are listening for every sound possible ,including your camera man ,he`s probaly really not that loud your just listening allfor sounds and his is closest

Yep it is possible he is only hearing the camera guys sounds and not his own.
I would try and see how much sound im making as well. It could amount to be the same if not a little less.
or better yet!
Swap places a few and see the difference, you film, he hunts.

But in all i think your getting irritated having someone in the hunt with you maybe.
If your seeing deer, the sounds you hear from him may not be making a difference at all.
Also, think about by you saying something to him about his noise, could be irritating to him as well. Like your nagging him.

Or you could get setup in the stand allot earlier so to let the woods have more time to calm down.
