Well it finally happened, THis guy came strolling down the trail about 8:30 am and well I figured that I couldn't pass him up. 10 yard shot a little back (liver)he took off and walked for about 75 yards through the thick stuff and out of sight. After 15 minutes I was able to spot him with the binos and knew that I had got him good. My arrow was covered in dark blood after a pass thru. We gave him 2 hours as not to push him and he was right where I had seen he the last time. Great feeling to get my first buck with a bow. Will score him after I get the skull cap back from my buddy. He's a little 7 with a big body, guess he field dressed around 155 or so...
