Default Show me where the cuts come from

I was wondering if any of you have a picture of where the cuts come from a deer. Like steaks where are they cut from the deer. Also do some of you use the roasts for making a roasts. This may be a stupid question but just wondering. I'm not a butcher so really don't know. I do use the back straps for steaks and always jerk the rest. We love the jerk so really don't make any cuts.

Great post Rob, very well marked Diagram

Neb, you can also search on Youtube for butcher cuts, or venison processing, and there are a few video's that show you the process, and detail some of the cuts.
