Default update on my diet.

Thought i would give you guys a update on my weight loss. I have not been weighed in about a month but i had to cut another hole in my belt. Went down about two inch's or so from the last hole i cut around the time i lost the first 20 pounds. It has been about two months or so.

I feel great there have been days i eat normal food, but i have made sure i eat the healthier stuff instead of a cheese burger i get a sub from subway or some chicken strips from the local store. When i get weighed i will let you know how i am doing. I went to get my blood pressure meds filled the pharmacies asked if i had lost weight. So i must be losing some.

Congrats man, thats a good accomplishment, and inches are more important than a drop in lbs.

Keep it up!!

Are you also exercising or just watching what you eat?

This is great news keep at it. Remember eat around five small meals, not three modest ones. it will keep your metabolism up. throw in some exercise to. muscle burns calories

Good work bro! Myfriend's doing a diet/exercise programright now, and he says it's hard, but he just had twins so he wants to turn his health around to be a good example for them, and hopefully watch his grandkids grow up someday. Protien helps alot with making you feel full, but just try to keep the fats down. Try things like grilled chicken, VENISON,fish, etc.... Good luck!

Keep up the good work! Weight has been an issue in my family, I have an uncle that is 6'6" and pushing 400#. My Grandma is 6' and a good 350#. At one point my father was over 400# and had a 58" waist at 6'2", he is now down to 245# with a 40" waist and been through a lot of health issues along the way. As for me I am 6' and pushing 280 these days and trying to get it back down to 230-240# which for me is a very healthy weight for my body type. The key is to staying on top of it and it appears you are doing well, as time goes on you will be able to do things you might have never thought possible in the past. Keep up the good work brother!
