Well i finally got to go home and the weather was pretty cooperative. i got in the stand about 4 or a little after. I had ZERO action until right before sundown. One of the better bucks i have seen in the area, came out about 80 or so yards away but i couldn't get him to come any closer.
So the next best thing i could think of was finding a better spot for the stand. I went out early the next morning and found a great spot with pretty good sign. Went back out later that night, about 4, and 2 does were working their way through the woods before i got to the stand. Unfortunately that was all the action i had that day. It will be a couple weeks before i will get back to the stand. Cant wait!!!!!
Finally got to hunt the 1st time this season!!!!!!!!!!
