A lot of people on here don't agree with Scent-Lok or Scent Blocker and their capabilities and unfortunately a lot of folks on here simply don't reply to posts about subjects or ideas they are not going to agree with. With that being said, any suit that has built in activated carbon will be what you are looking for. Obviously you can't go wrong with Scent-Lok or Scent Blocker.
waste of money, get yourself some good scent killer and then some good cover scent such as fresh earth, put your clothes in an airtight container with some fresh earth wafers, you wont be sorry for doing this.
