Default Monster W/Recurve!

Well, I didn't connect on my traditional archery hunt this weekend. I did have an opportunity at a doe, but wasn't able to make the shot. There was one hunter who was able to have some real success. He was hunting just down the road from where I was at.

Here he is..........They said he grossed 201 4/8 and netted 197 2/8 was 8 1/2 years old killed with a Recurve!!!

I agree that I question the score as well, but they had it officially scored on site by a biologist. Heres the website that shows the gross and net scores as well as age and weight. Look at 2008 harvest results.

Wow!! He's big but the best part Is, he was taken with a Traditional bow!! Congratulation's to the hunter!!

Sorry John, I didn't see anything with antlers within 100 yards of me[:'(]. I did see a couple of really nice bucks 140" or so but they were on the other end of the field. I found a couple of nice sheds around 135" or so, so that was kinda cool.
