I saw a ad in the newspaper for 40 acres 20 clear for farming 20 woods with timber.

They are asking 3500 a acre. which around here is on the cheaper side.
It is being sold by a pair of sister that are older. i guest it is propelry family land.

I called and asked about a contract since the banks are not loaning any money.
there going to call me back.
