Default I'm tagged out!

Luckily we can party hunt (use each others tags when hunting together) up here. 1st deer this year, my 2nd deer with a bow, 1st doe with my bow.
She was bigger than she looks in the pic because she's already gutted here. Got skunked last year and decided not to let that happen again; as long as it didn't have spots I was taking the shot, this one was too easy, 10yrds from the base of the tree, couldn't pass it up. Tenderloins were DELICIOUS!

Not for the properties that I have permission for. And crown land is pretty sparse around Toronto. I can still party hunt, just have to pry a buddy or two away from their wives and all the honey-do's.

Nope, the way i was taught to gut a deer includes taking out the esophagus from as close to the head as possible, I make a slice there to cut and free it up, then I reach up thru the chest and grab it, most vitals come out along with it.
