Incredible pack. You can haul everything INCLUDING the kitchen sink in that bad boy. It's very comfortable to carry as well. It has an internal, adjustable aluminum frame.

Cons- It's too big, for what I was doing. If you're carrying a treestand in, or just out for a day sit in the whitetail woods.....It's too much. However, if I were going to be operating out of a base camp miles the hell away from anywhere.....It would be just the ticket.

I'm in the market for a new pack and have done tons of research on the Badlands and Eberlestock's and a few others. I tried on some of the Badlands yesteday in fact and Mobow's description is right on - that 2200 is big.For a western hunt it would be awesomebut for a day pack it's alittle much even though it's still pretty light. The Superday is more what I was looking for.I didn't buy itb/c I'm wanting tolook at the Eberlestock X2, but I can't find a dealer around here.

I'll add that $145 for the 2200 is a good deal, cheapest I've found is $169

I have the next model down, The Superday Pack.
Very good quality and comfortable as they come.

I went with the 2200. What sold me is the "batwing" area in the back of the pack where you can secure stands, and double bull blinds. The feature of spinning the pack around while still attached to your hips and gaining access to the pack through the inside zipper without removing the pack was a huge seller too. I bought mine off of Boyd, owner of Buck Hollow sports in Pella, IA. He has a website. Price was $149.
