Wind poll.

So if you had the wrong wind at particular stand the entire seasonan it was your favorite location. Would you not hunt it because of the wind?

Well first off I dont think you would have the wrong wind all season long. I set most of my stands on the east sides because here we mostly have some version of north and south winds. Occasionally we have east winds, but not real often. I do have stands that i can hunt with the east wind blowing.

I hunt in a "hollow" and the wind swirls around constantly. I just don't pay attention to it anymore.

I would hunt the stand reguardless of wind direction during the rut, that's for shore. Bucks come from just about any direction during this special time of year!
