Default Lost Hunting Land.... :(

Well all i got to say is my dad brother and I have been scouting out this piece of land the whole summer watching the nice big bucks come out to the field waiting till season opens to go and get em... But we wanted to wait till a little later in the season to go an get one because in the years past it has always been better a lil later like around now... Well we pulled up into the abandoned farm this past weekend on Saturday got ready and went hunting I had a spike and a doe directly under my stand for 15-20min thinking and knowing there are WAY bigger bucks out here so ill wait... well I probably should of shoot one of them... We came back Sunday and were gettin all ready and a truck with four wheelers pull in and came and started talking to us well the farm we were hunting was up for sale... and they said they were buying it but we could still hunt it... So we thought ok well that's good right...???? WRONG they asked us where we were hunting so we told them so they new where not to drive there four wheelers so my dad and I just went this time and we got back to our stands and not 30 min. go by and they come flying throught the woods past our stands tearing the hell out of everything!!! so that night we took are stands down because there wasn't a deer around with all that garbage going on... So we get home and I call up the actual owner of the land and said they were selling it but it didn't close till late October early November and was surpprised they were there.... But just because your buying a piece of land... Does that mean you can go and tear up the land and screw around on it before you sign the papers and make it offical that you own it???? Idk... im just sad/mad...

being that they have not closed on it yet the owner can deny the sale to them. the ones that went on the land and did that crap were tresspassing as the deal has not been made. And if they did any damage to the property such as rut it up they could face damage of private property. tell the owner what is going on. maybe youll be able to change his mind. Proabably some big shot city loser and his smartass kid.

Not to whiz in your Wheaties, but if the people signed a sales agreement the deal is done. All that is done at closing is the handing over the check and receiving the title. It takes time to prepare documents and if needed set up financing.
Get over it and find a new place to hunt, whining is very unbecoming. [&:]
