Default What do you take to the stand with you?

I was packing my stuff up tonight and I was just wondering what everyone else takes to the stand every hunt. I've never done much hunting with out my dad but since I am away at school, I gotta bring everything I usually bring plus everything he would bring that I usually wouldn't have to.

Besides the obvious bow and climber:

Backpack contains:

Masks
Hot Hands
Bleat Call
Rattle Bag
Grunt Call
Cover Scent
Range Finder
Binoculars
Compass
Limb Saw
Flash Light
Extra Batteries
Toilet Paper
2 Gut Knives
Rubber Gloves
Zip Ties for my tags
Handy Wipes to clean knives
Bottle of Water to help wash out blood
Mints and Gum to keep me from gagging when field dressing

Climber Pouch contains:

Tree Section of my safety harness
Mask
Gloves
Release
Probably a drink and snack

All that stuff weighs as muck as you do. One question thou, where are the brass nuckles? You brought all that stuff and forgot your bow! LOLI pretty much carry the same things depending on the weather and what phase of the rut it is. I also like to have a camera with me...

Man I'm just as bad. Most of that stuff on the list doesn't weigh much(but ounces make pounds). I actually take two packs hunting. My big pack has all my stuff, extra camo, scent stuff, knives, stones, bags, etc. But, my small pack i keep empy besides a first aid kit, extra pair of gloves and mask, and a knife. Then when i get to my hunt i throw in what i need(camara, calls, other scent, whatever) and just take that small pack with me. If i need it that bad, i can make it back to the truck.

I also carry my movie camera with me to tape my hunts. My dad always wore a fanny pack but they are uncomfortable for me to wear so I'm going with the back pack option. It doesn't really weigh that much. I had been just cramming stuff in my coat pockets but that scares me as far as something falling out of my pockets. Like my camera did last year, from about 15 feet up in the tree.

Yeah, I am trying to debate whether I want to take the backpack along out to the tree with me or just take what I need out at the truck and come back to get my stuff if I get a deer.

I leave everything I can with the vehicle and only go get them if I need them. I don't think I have ever taken half that much stuff with me.
