Default Made a buddy happy!

I am going to break a man law ,,,, I dont have any pics to post!

My dad is dying of cancer,,,, I missed the first two weeks of bow season sitting beside his bed, but had to get out of the house today.
I got into the stand about 1730 hours and scared off 3 does. About 1930 hours, I had a total of 10 does and yearlings under my stand. I chose an older doe about 30 yards off and tagged her with a 3 blade Rage. I hit her a little back but watched the way that she ran and the direction. I last saw her bounce off a cedar tree, since I knew that I hit her back, I gave her an hour.
I located the doe about 50 yards off, under that cedar tree. I just wasnt in the mood to cut her up, so I called a buddy of mine. He loves to eat venision, just doesnt have a place to hunt. By the time he got there, i had her quartered and ready to go.......

Maybe by the rut , things will be,,,,,,clearer in my head and I can hunt again.........

Thoughts are with you. You are going through a hard time. Time out is important at a time like this.
Glad you could help a bud!
