Default trail cam help

Have any of you guys had anything wrong with your Cuddeback Expert?? I recently bought one and now i only get 11 pictures every 3 days, i know for a fact that theres more deer than that!!! one night i sat by it and i seen 5 deer in there but it never took a picture.. I am very VERY upset with this camera, the first 2 weeks i had it i got 110 pictures on it every 2 days and now barely any.. What could be wrong? Do you guys think i should bring it to the cuddeback place in park falls? its only a half hour from where i live so i think i might do that...
