Its the very end of the bow's draw cycle.........the part you are pulling against as you are at full draw.

Thats what I thought, I just shot my bow after getting it back from the shop, (limb replacement) and im noticing that the draw is funny. I pull it back and the tension stops and then I can pull it like another inch or two. I lower the draw lenght and it still goes to that same spot. The cams are the same as when they left so im at a loss here.
