yeah they make small pieces that slip snug onto the prongs of your rest made of a felt like material, makes your draw noiseless. good luck!

They also make teflon slip on pieces, and when I shot a prong style rest with aluminums those teflon pieces were even quieter than felt.

You'll have to reset things no matter what you put on. I've used most everything including nail polish. Cutting strips off of that felt material and applieing them works very well, you won't hear a thing but it does wear out.

Is it a drop-away rest or a prong style? I disliked the teflon coating when I used to use a prong style. It was very loud..in fact, way too loud. I bought a drop-away rest and put mole skin on the prongs and where the rest drops....extremely quiet. Use mole-skin....your arrows will hit a little high because of the mole skin, but just adjust your sights.
