Default Bad Weather / Pouring Rain

I decided to go sit for a few hours in the pouring rain yesterday.
You know the kind... Rain running down the crack of your butt, makin' everything all pruney and such.[:@]
Every year I re-learn why I don't hunt bad wether!

My question is that I have NEVER seen a deer in the heavy rain or windy days over 20 mph.
Share a story if you have, or just tell about the percentage of bad weather hunting verses sightings/kills.

I went out 1 morning with a 100% chance of thunderstorms. It wasn't here yet, so I hoped that the deer would really be moving. Rain started moving in around 8 am. Nothing. Then when the thunder and lightning started i figured it was time to get out of my steel stand that was up 20 feet. Walking back to the truck in a downpour and cloud to ground lightning, I crested a hill and there was about 15 deer bedded down about 20 yards out. They all jumped up and scared the .... out of me. No chance for a shot and don't plan on hunting like that again very soon.

I think a ground blind is my next x-mas present after the bath I took yesterday!
