Default Impressed with Vital Bow Gear

I have a Kaz Away rest on my new Guardian. It's been great and I've had no problems with it since I bought it inMay. With the season fast approaching here I called the company to see if they could send me a spare spring in case of an unforseen failure or if I snag it on a branch or something. The girl on the phone told me they did have a problem with some springs which were manufactured with the wrong material (not mine), other than that they've had no problems with the rest, but she would be happy to send me a spare. When I got the package today it had virtually every moving part on the rest in it (free of charge and in 2 days time). Now that's what I call customer service.

Very nice, I'll take that into consideration - that's Fo Sho!

Customer service is a beautiful thing when you have it, and like waking up next to Larry the Cable Guy when you don't have it.[:'(]

A great company to deal with.

They also have the brightest sight pins in the industry.
