Default Tru Glo sight problem...suggestions??

I am looking for suggestions on a problem I'm having with my adjustable Tru Glo sight. I like the sight, its is a micro adjust series I beleive which means you can adjust by hand without tools. The problem is the darn thing comes loose after a few shots or simply sitting in storage. I can hand tighten the two adjustments as tight as possible, but inevitably the darn thing loosens up. Does anyone have any suggestions outside of a new sight (which I am seriously considering)? Its a pain constantly checking it isn't loose....

I believe the sight shoud have came with "permanent" screws instead of the thumb bolts? If not take one of the thumb screws out and go to your local hardware screw match it up with a allen head screw and try them out?!?
