Default AF Hunter Is Down For A While

My computer crapped out on me Monday. Sent it back to the company yesterday and was told it would be about 2 weeks before I know if they will fix it under "special warranty" or if they want me to pay the $426 it would normally cost to replace the motherboard. If it's the pay route, I'll be down until I get re-employed and bills caught up. I am presently on a neighbor's computer just to say "I miss you guys". Good luck this season to all.

When I get (notice I did not say if) my buck, I'll text Cap'n Mobow with the pic and he can take it from there.

Until then,

Mark

Dude, thats a lot of money for a mother board...I had the same thing happen to mine right after the warranty and they wanted a rediculous amount to change it, I went to a local stoer bought the board and installed in myself for like 200....Best of luck to you AF!!!!!!

Oh, and Stealth Cam told me that they would take the camera back and repair or replace it. All I have to do is ship this one back with proof of purchase. Ok, better get my butt back home and do some work before Mama catches me screwing off and jacks me up.....

Get yourself to a library! They've got computers there you can use.

Best of luck with the electronics, AF. Take advantage of the time away from the computer and get in a little extra hunting!!

Mark, sorry to hear about the PC. It is almost chilli making time, I still use that recipe but I keep it guarded under lock and key.

That is crazy...you can buy a decent new home PC for that...Repairs suck. My laptop battery is shot, but for 100 bucks...im limiting myself to neing near windows.

best of luck on your hunting this year...and btw, that chili recipe will be put to use about mid october once it starts frostin and the leaves turn.
