Default 20 pounds wow that made my day

as some of you know i am on a diet. I have been since Aug 29th.
I went to the doctor today to discuss how many cal. i need a day and if i need to change anything. HE told me to stop drinking juice said it is mainly sugar and water. and also said not to drink Gatorade. He said it is for people running two miles or more. He told me to eat two eggs a day or some peantbutter for protein since the diet meals i eat are low in protein. He said beside that i was good to go. He told me to stay around 1500 cals. a day and i would lose alot of weight and still get all the nutrients i need. I was happy i would not need to increase my cals. per day.

And the real good news is i am down from 465.6 to 445.4 I lost 20 pounds in just short of a month will little change of my activity amount. That will change hunting season starts next week.
I would have been happy with 10 pounds and even OK with 5. But to lose 20 pounds got to say it made my day.

Keep in my mind this needs to be a life style change change and not a diet. I wish you the best!

All you gotta do is go out and chop down trees and cut up limbs. I lost 12 pounds doing that yesterday in the heat and humidity. Then, there's always going the "Biggest Loser" route. Anyway you look at it, it's gonna take WORK and DETERMINATION to get it done. Diet alone won't do you a damn bit of good cause the majority of people who just diet, put the lost weight and more back on within a year. Exercise and lifestyle change is all that will help you. Good Luck.
