how long do you wait?

hey i was wondering how long you guys waited after you kill a deer in a certain stand or certain piece of woods, to go back and hunt that stand again before it all settles down. me and my buddy were talking about this the other day after he shot a doe. and i told him about a week, am i close or completely off?

I HUNT THAT SAME TREE RIGHT AWAY IF YOU HAVE GOOD ACTIVITY death is a part of life and deer know this

I'll go back right away. Stay where the action may be. If other deer didn't see it, then did it happen?

Right away. I remember one year I shot 2 deer out of the same stand in the same day during bow season. Heres the kicker. Right after I found the buck, got it to the farm to hang, I went back out, and hunted the same stand, was sitting there for no more than 30 minutes and got a doe.

A few years ago,my brother killed an 8pt out of his one stand.I helped him drag it out and he told me to go sit in it.45 minutes,I killed a bigger 8pt out of the same stand
