Default bowhunting.

i just bought a Fred Bear Lights Out, and i live in kentucky, and bow season just came in, and i've had my camera out, and corn, and a block sittin out, and i've not got any pictures of deer yet? any suggestions on where to hunt this time of year for whitetails? what time to hunt? where i should put my stand? I'd appreciate all the help. Thanks.

hmmm..from what you say it tells me that you dont really know anything about whitetail hunting.

do you practice alot with your bow? know where to even shoot the animal?

i hunt all the time, this is just the first time i've got serious about bowhunting. i didn't bow hunt but 2 times last year, i usually hunt with my 270.

have you practiced with your BH? One thing I would suggest is if there are any white oaks around try there. This time of year deer hunting around food and water is usually a good idea. I also look at the edge of crop fields for trails and I will follow them and try to find where several trails come together and look for a good tree for a stand.
