$399 isnt anything. If i bought my current bow setup from a dealer it would have cost me $1200.00 no lie. So $399 for just a bow is good deal.

Ummmm... a summit viper is a treestand...

But anyways.. if you are looking at a Summit Vipper SS for $399 shop around... I have seen them at most places I look for $229.. Even that is too much for me.. I found a cheap knockoff at dicks for about $150 and it has all of the functions that the Viper has...

Iwouldn't sell you mine used for $399 and I only gave $150 for it used. I love it, kinda heavy but it is the most comfortable and secure stand that I have ever had.

I see some of you saying 329, that is the summit viper. the ULTIMATE summit viper SS is 399. it is a little bigger then the original viper. i was just looking for info on it. I dont mind spending the money on one if its worth it. I just dont want to spend it and then be disappointed. I own 14 hang on stands and ladder stands so this will be my first climber.
