Bears found my stand

I have had several decent 8 pointers consistently at one of my stands since August.2 weeks ago I wentto check the cameraand found nothing but pictures of two black bears fighting. Since then I have not seen a buck atthis stand. Seems like this happens to me every year. I'm ticked since bow season starts October 1st.

Am I wrong in assuming you have put out some corn or something at this site for the deer and the bears found it????

Sounds like theres some food there that youre putting out that the bears like. Get rid of the food, get rid of the problem.

I have pictures of bears and a couple hours later I have pics of bucks. The bucks should come back...

Two nights ago I had a sow and two cubs come in. Last night I had a buck and four does. They will be back....They take turns[8D]

I've had the same problem here in the beginning of the Wisconsin season. Ive been hearing that the DNR has messed up on the bear population in the past several years and a new model that they started using revealed that there are actually 3 times more bears than originally thought. ( instead of 13,000 bear in beginning of season 30,000 bear) Again I dont know how true this is so you may wanna check into it. Any wayI do know that people have been seeing alot more bear the last 5 years or so. The issue of bears and deer hunters running into each other will only happen more frequently if this is true. So any advice on this topic will be appreciated. Ruttnut you replied to my post earlier about this. Good to see that you areseeing deer. Please keep me posted.
