Default 2008 Elk hunt pics.. to go with story.

Well I took off from Michigan September 6th early in the am. I took two lucky Michigan boys with me too! We headed for my home state of Idaho to hunt elk. We arrived and began our hunt in very hot conditions, We we finally able to find a good heard of elk and get on them. I was within 50 yds of a HUGE6 point! But I just couldn't get him away from his cows! A few days later I arrowed this guy! Here is some eye candy! I am writting a big story, I will post it later when it is done!

That's not an elk. It's a giant whitetail, measure it and submit it for the contest!

Congratulations fellow DOD!

Nice job on a good looking bull. I will do that again soon, I had a blast on my one and only elk hunt.
