Default Got my Bowhunting Cornhole boards done....

The guys from the HNI NE GTG all got to play a little cornhole and I "conned" one of the attendees into coughing up a few decals he said he had, and finished out a couple of pretty nice looking cornhole boards. Here's what I produced....

Cornhole in NYmust carry a different meaning than where you guys come from

Ahh. I hope it is a game of some sort. Pretty scary if it's not.

Awe Tony, I'm sure you would have like it!!!! It's a "bean-bag toss" game, but the bags are made out of heavy "duck" material and are filled with 14-16 oz. of corn and measure 6x6" square, then thrown 4 per player at the boards. In the hole is 3 pts. on the board is 1 pt. In the "REAL" game, a guy cancels out the other guys points if he scores as well, in a "speed game," every point counts. It's pretty fun, and yes, even though I brought the boards, Rob and Bob were the "Champions of Cornholio!!!"

Caleb,
Thanks, I didn't really have too much invested into them thanks to the donor that put up MOST of the decals. I had the 2x4's laying around, and I have gallons of stain. I thought the OAK boards would look as good as anything, and I got them both for about $25.

Doug ..... I can't tell you how much I appreciate the explanation!! The intense fear over what y'all did in Erie has now left me [8D]

Don't worry Tony, with a little grease, there's another way to play the game where we stick your head through the hole in the boards and secure you there with straps, but I was asked not to tell you about that version!!!!
