Getting THAT FEELING!

So do you guys ever have THAT FEELING, the feeling that you're going to score on a deer?

9 times outta 10 when I get that feeling, I connect. I cant explain it, but ever since age of 8 when hunting on the ground I walked bya tree and just had the feeling that I had to sit there. I argued w/ my dad who didnt want to sit there, so he continued 100 yrds and sat down... 15 min. later I had a big doe on the ground!

I really would hate to jinx it, but I have THAT FEELING about tonight. It could be that its my first time out this year... but the weather is perfect and I've put a lot of thought into my location. Now i just have to work on not screwing up if the shot presents itself... MENTAL FOCUS NEEDED!

I "called my shot" in '06, Ed. My call was a little more robust.....but I just had "that feeling". I wish you luck....and I hope your intuition is correct.

Yes I have. It's not arbitrary, normally it's a feeling brought on by the perfect weather pattern or seeing alot of deer movement as I drive to my spot. It intensifies my focus and concentration, mostlydue to increased confidence.

I had that kind of felling sunday afternoon i just new i was going to see something. Well i did! Took this nice doe an hr before dark. Not a buck but hey i`m happy(rocky mt sniper broadhead)
