Wyoming Elk Records Online?

Anoyone know if the P&Y records of WY are online like those of my homestate (ND)?

Buddy of mine just got back from WY and shot a 6x6 that was green-scored at 354" - was curious for him where it stands all-time (if it's top-100 or something).
