Default Missouri?

Looking for a decent priced archery hunt in October (2nd week)forfour in Missourior possibly someone with some private land that we could pay to hunt. Anyone having any advice for areas of public land to hunt in MO would be helpful too in case we have to go that route.

Thanks

We're looking at the central or northeast part of the state. Any suggestions?

Try checking out Ted Shanks Conservation area. I personally have never hunted there, but I guy I used to work with killed some nice bucks there occasionally. You might want to bring a small boat along. There are some islands you can get too that way.

Anyone know how bad the hunting pressure is on Union Ridge or any of the other conservation areas in the northeastern part of the state? Keep in mind...we'll be there the 2nd week in October and be hunting Mon-Fri.
