Default little things that can be big

As bowseason arrives, for some it already has for me its in a few weeks, i know all of this has been covered but i think its really important to pay attention to these things...#1 practicing in warm weather with no coat on.. then the first day comes and its cool in the morning you have a couple layers on and wamo, you shoot and wonder what the heck went wrong, well you shot left or right for one thing and another and your string hits your coat..be sure you practice with your coat on and keep you coat tight to your arm..#2. bending at the waist when shoot from your stand, this is why its so important to practice from you stand..make sure you bend at the waist and not just lower your arms, it makes a difference..#3 make reference marks, range find some trees make mental notes or hang sent markers from them etc know your distance....#4 get up your stand and make sure your shooting lanes are still there, falling limbs, new growth etc.. can bite you if your not prepared..#5. practice with your broadheads.. i know most of us do, but i know some people who it bit, for not doing it...#6 Let someone know where your hunting, i know im guilty of this and then i think if something happens, no one would know where i was..#7take a zip tie for your tag...#8 dont forget your knife..#9 dont forget your safety harness...#10...check your bow and make sure everything is tight the night before the first day and periodically after...Good luck.!!!! most of us know these things but i think there easy to forget...

Hard to add to that list but:

Buy, replace, sharpen broadhead blades.

Take the wife out before season starts.

Check your pack (TP, compass, saw, TP, other stuff and TP).
