RE: Leasing Land???
Best bet, find land that is being leased. If IL is like PA, there are miles of it. Drive by the cabins and land, if you see ANYONE stop and ask them. I have a client that just got into a lease out in Western PA with about 7 other buddies. He works for DCNR, was out on the job, and simply stopped and asked a guy walking on the road. Turns out, he was getting rid of his leased land so my client took it over. Was a very long list other wise. Right place at the right time. At the very least you'll get a name and a phone number to contact.
