Default when do you start planning

SO how early will you start planning how much you will buy next season.
I started in Feb for this year got to say i am glad i did.
I knew what i wanted and what it would cost me in July.
I am already thinking what i want for next season though i have not started the list yet that will wait until after season.

OK the first four year i hunt i did not have much to buy stuff.

I got a rifle my first year some scent scent killer and calls plus ammo.

Second year i had traded my rifle shotgun in on a ar15 since i was in Indiana can no rifle for hunting.
I hunted my second year in KY with the .223 AR.
I bought some camo and a blind i took back because it was junk.
My third year i skipped because i moved in sept. to north Carolina.
I got a bow for xmas the end of my second year.
Last year i bow hunted bought a ladder stand and scents calls and scent killer.

This year i got the ability to spend some cash and get what i need.

I have already bought two sets of camo one warm weather one for cold.
I bought a 175 dollar pop up i bought a thermacell, boots, refleatched all my arrows, a few other things.
On the first of oct i plan to buy a game cart and decoy.
I had planned to buy a muzzle loader but with the truck i just got needed some work it will go on next season list.
as of right now

When I flip open pages and see something new or when I'm sitting on stand and think how can I hunt without this. Chances are I don't need anything, but I'm sure I'll buy something.

I fish much more than I hunt..though I love them both..
I started planning this week..I'e already got my spot..but I had no idea the difference there was from shooting from my stand..I will be doing that quite a bit this week..that little platform gives me the shakes..

As far as money...extra Thermacell fill ups..trail tacks..box of 30-30 bullets...slate turkey call....that's it..Carbon arrows and Steelforce broadheads last forever..

NOW bass fishing..lots of money spent there..[&o]

a friend and i just got access to 240 acres this year and we have spent probably $3000. Now, that includes cameras, stands, feeders, tools to improve the land. that does not count the gas in my lifted 05 f150 that gets 12 miles to the gallon. it is 175 miles to the land.

I'm saving now for land next year. Unfortunately, I'm saving for a lease not a purchase.
