My wife shot a doe on opening day (yesterday) of the 08 season!
She used a 40# Bowtech Equalizer 25.5'' draw.
Carbon Tech Rhino shafts with Slick Trick 100 standard broadheads, total arrow weight is 380 grains @ 213 fps. She used an Ameristep Doghouse blind and the deer was at 17 yards.
The deer dropped on the spot.
Slick Trick standard made an impressive entry hole.
