I shoot a Mathews Switchback and was shooting the other day with a friend of mine. He shoots a Hoyt and i started to notice that his bow is SUPER quiet and my sounded like a gun going off compared to his. I just wanted to know of maybe some ways to make mine more silent. Any help would be greatly appreciated. It is 29" draw @ 65#. Thanks

i have just tried the primos string bats they work real good and are not to big give them a try there cheap and just may do it my bow was just the same like a gun going off now its nice and quite
My wife hates my hobby but.....she actually took the time to find something I do not own for my bow. It is called a MeanV string suppressor. She actually took my bow to a friend and he ordered one for her to give to me. I swear you could have knocked me over with a feather. Anyway I take it to the local shop to get some thread put on my string and I am told by all the "experts" that it does nothing for my bow because I already have string suppressors on it. I have a Mathews Drenalin. I install it anyway and guess what. It reduced vibration and noise a LOT. It lowered my shot noise by several decibals according to the equipment in the science lab where a friend works. Damn cool and the owner even called me back twice to answer some questions.

Making your bow quite, quite what? Quite a big faster, quite a bit quieter?
If you're going to hack on people for poor writing, you could at least check your own.
Actually, Rob's mistake was a typo, the "g" and the "t" are very close on a keyboard. The original posters was just laziness to look up on how to spell the word, or thought that he did spell it right. I really dont care that much about spelling on here.

Wow, bowtech, kinda harsh dont you think. Saying someone is lazy because they made a mistake. I am sooo sorry for offending you. i will try to be careful with my typing next time so i dont disappoint you.
