NEW MICHIGAN DEER HUNTING RULES!

Hi I was just wondering if everyone knows that the new rules state that your first buck must have at least 3 points on one side and your second at least 4 on one side.I'm very happy with the rule change but I still think they should have earn a buck or give out or sell public doe tags and only allow one buck per year. Don't get me wrong I love the fact that we Michiganders can harvest two bucks a year, but I would rather shoot one monster, rather than two nice one's. Well we will see how the hunting is in a couple years, I think we will start to see bigger bucks now.I would like to hear some other opinions.

Just so you know that new restriction is for the Upper Peninsula only.

That should be the rule everywhere. They need it up there though, people shooting spikes they're going out of style.
