Thermacell Earth Scent!!!!

I think ths is a great Idea! I have not had the chance to use my thermacell yet this year and some people say it gives off a scet but does'nt affect deer?.?

So this looks to be a great alternative!! Whatcha think?

unsure just ordered mine figure i will give it a try when fishing to see how it works.

when i buy refills think i will buy one and see if they work. not sure the earth scent is worth the extra cash

I have used the Thermacell for the past 2 years, and I would never hunt the early season without one now. I was just at Walmart today, and noticed the Earth sent wafers. I picked some up, figured they cant hurt any.

Man the ticks, chiggers, and mosquito are terrible in the early season here in VA...and not to mention my absolute favorite spawn of hell ever....the horsefly.

I've been using the regular ThermaCell since they hit the stores and have never seen a deer react to it. If its not broken, don't fix it.

Seems kind of silly to me, but I don't use one much hunting. Let us know what you think of it, could be the ticket.

All I know is that the smell of moist earth only occurs during or after a light rain and it is not a frequent occurance. So, I've often wondered if the earth smell was really acceptable to wildlife.....
