Default Rage or Grim Reapers?

Which broadhead would you go with? I'm considering the 2 blade Rage or the Grim Reaper Razortips.

I've never used Rage heads, but I've used GR's since 2003. Very good head IMO. You will get a bigger hole with the Rage 2 blade, and all the guys that shoot the Rage heads seem to like them. I really don't think you'll go wrong with either one.

Droptine....

No offense, dude....but remind me not to hunt with you and your buddies. I'm not trying to be an ass, here.....but some of the things you say your friends have done would be better left unsaid.

Didn't you have another friend who stole a shotgun from somewhere he was working? If I'm way off base here....I apologize.

I have never used the Grim Reapers until this year. My son has for 4 season's and only one deer has fallen out of sight. They are nasty heads and leave a HUGE hole. As for proper placement I shot a deer 2 years ago and double lunged him. I was using the Wac' em 3 blade head. That deer ran something like 180 to 200 yards before tipping over. Not much of a trail at all to follow. It was a great hit and he did expire but I really wish the heads had done more damage.

Jeff, he is NOT my friend, rather an aquatince of a friend of mine. I dont hunt with him, and dont plan too.

In his defense, he is 21years old and has nearly 20 pope and youngs hanging from hiw wall. He is a great hunter, but yes, he lacks judgement and ethics.

I would think, Jeff, that if you've read my posts- that you would know by now that I have an extreme love and respect for wildlife. Ethics are my top priority.

I do, however, concur- things this kid has done, and some things I've heard his friends do, are way over the top and unjustifiable.

You could bet your last dollar that you wouldnt catch me doing something like that.
