The second day of the ND archery season was extremely hot with temperatures near 100 degrees. I set up not far from a spring in an alfalfa field and was able to arrow this giant 8 point! He came out and fed by the ground blind at 27.5 yards. A double lung hit had the buck down within 50 yards! He is 22" inside and close to 26" outside spread. He will gross around 145".
