First, download your pictures to a photo hosting site like Photobucket. Next, right click and copy the "Direct Link" from the picture you want to upload from Photobucket. When you look at the reply box on this site, , you will see a yellow box, hold your curser over that and it will display "Add Image" next to it. Just click"Add Image"and paste the Photobucket link. Thats it.
To upload an Avatar,go toyour profile. First you have to have an image shrunk to I think 130x130 or smaller, and cant be over so many KBs.Under "My Profile" you will see "Upload My Picture", just upload the image from where ever you have it saved on your PC, and make sure you click save and or apply at the bottom of the page before you close the profile.
